Can I Transfer Between Sections?
No, we would like to discourage this as it is not feasible due to the customised nature and sizes of costumes
What if my size changes?
Please alert us on info@bachanalmas.com by the 4th July 2010 of any size changes as undergarments are bought on your original size request. If you inform us after this date, we will work on alterations - if it is possible or you may be asked to supply your own undergarment.

Is my deposit refundable?
No, deposits are non-refundable
Can I make alterations to my costume?
No. Whilst we appreciate masqueraders may want to add/amend certain elements of their costumes, we would like to strongly discourage this as these costumes are made by the Bands designers to represent a specific theme and portrayal, deviations from this are not acceptable. Only 'Individual' masqueraders may work with the designers on certain aspects of their costumes but its Bachanal Mas's policy that the designers have final say.
Can we try on before collection?
Your costume is made with the specifications you have provided to us via the booking forms and can be collected from the mas camp on the advised allocation dates for you to take home and try on. Please see earlier comments on alternations.
Where would I go for the most up to date information on the Band?
Up to date information on all the bands activities can be found on www.bachanalmas.com. This includes costume info, carnival prepartion info, coaches, meeting points, contact info etc.
I have heard numerous different info regarding costumes and the band. Who do I listen to?
All Band\Costume information will be posted on the website. If you cannot find the information you are looking for please refer to a member of the management team.
What are the different options available to me for playing in the band?
You can 'play' in costume or t-shirt/fun mas. Information on what each package include are available on the costume and booking pages.
Option A - The standard costume of each section portrayal and where the majority of players are.
Option B - Section A body piece but with a slightly larger and more elaborate head piece
Frontline - There are 5 frontlines per section and these are larger and more elaborate portrayals of each section. These costumes usually carry a back-pack and/or a very large head piece
Individual - There are 1 or 2 Individual pieces assigned to each Section. These costumes are tailor-made by the designers in line with the section portrayal and are the largest and most elaborate pieces of each section. They are accompanied with large backpacks and headpieces and usually lead their sections on the road.

What if I miss the final payment date?
If you have only paid a deposit and have not contacted us to arrange a later payment date the costume will be sold on.
What are my payment options?
There are four ways to make payment
- Via paypal on our website, where you can use a credit or debit card
- Payment via online or telephone banking
- Cheque with gaurantee card
- Payment in person
Can I buy Accessories from Bachanal Mas?
Yes. This is strictly for use on boot, shoes, cups and bag but not for amending the costumes.
Do you stock makeup?
Yes. Please visit the camp for more details
What's Included in the packages?
Costumes section:
Drinks, Food, Costume, Cup and goodie bag
T-Shirt section:
Drinks, T-shirt, Cup and bandana
What are the Age Bands?
5 & Under - Infant
6 to 13 - Children
14 to 17 - Young adult
18+ - Adult
When do I get my T-shirt if I am playing on Sunday?
- If playing in costume collection it will be the same day as your costume
- If only playing on Sunday collection will be on the 22nd August 2010
What are the collection dates?
Costumes - 15th to 21st August 2010 (More info on section collection days to follow)
T-Shirts - 22nd August 2010 (Costume members please see information above for Sunday mas)
What are the opening hours of the Mas Camp?
The camp will be closed from the 23rd August until after Carnival (appointments only)
